Come si prepara il tè alla menta
Ingredienti
- 4 cucchiaini di tè verde
- Acqua bollente
- Menta piperita (pianta fresca)
- Zucchero
Elaborazione del tè alla menta
- Versa acqua bollente nella teiera e dopo alcuni secondi buttala (è solo per riscaldare la teiera).
- Metti direttamente nella teiera, vuota, un cucchiaio di zucchero per ogni tazza.
- Poi aggiungi il tè verde, la menta e infine l'acqua bollente.
Sapevi che…?
- Affinché lo zucchero non diventi una massa e per mescolare bene gli ingredienti, si versa il tè nei bicchieri. Si versano di nuovo nella teiera e di nuovo nei bicchieri per una seconda volta.
- Si usano di solito dei bicchierini fatti appositamente per il tè.
- La quantità di zucchero e di menta dipende dal gusto personale, anche se in generale la dose di zucchero è generosa.
- Anche se si chiama tè alla menta, si usa la menta piperita, che ha un sapore più leggero e aromatico. La menta normale può essere un buon sostituto se non trovi l'altra.
- Non dimenticare di prendere il bicchiere da sopra, non al centro, e bei il tè a sorsi (non importa se fai rumore). Altrimenti ti puoi bruciare facilmente perché si beve molto caldo.
- Infine, ricorda che se prendi una seconda tazza di tè, sarà più amaro perché il tempo di macerazione sarà maggiore.
